About Rena

Rena Hernandez is a local artist working and living in Texas. Rena’s grandmother taught her the art of sewing at an early age. She quickly embraced the craft and was soon making clothing and costumes for her family and friends. Rena has served her community as a civil service worker for over thirty years, but that never hindered her love for the art and the creative process.  

Since retiring, Rena is back at it and now ready to share her creations with you. Recently, she has added the art of quilting to her long list of accomplishments and enjoys the added originality, workmanship, and care that goes into every project. Rena offers custom quilts upon request. We know that you will love your handmade treasure for years to come.
